New users are being added successfully, but they are not receiving the welcome email or the follow-up setup instructions. This started yesterday afternoon after we updated the custom domain settings. We tested with five new users this morning, and none of them received the first email. I checked spam folders and the messages are not there. This is urgent because we have a client rollout scheduled for Friday, June 5, and about 120 clinicians need to receive onboarding instructions before then. Can someone check whether our email domain verification or sender configuration is causing the issue? If needed, please let us know exactly what DNS record or setting we need to update.
